We have a technical department with highly qualified staff who have at their disposal state-of-the-art software programs. If you need to test new products or validate a product before its final production, we are also able to supply samples and limited quantities of pre-series items.
Brass
Brass is an extremely useful material for the fabrication of small metal parts, and it is also suitable for many different surface treatments such as nickel plating, chromium plating,copper plating and gold plating. Our brass parts have diameters ranging from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 35 mm with lengths up to 200 mm.
ALUMINIUM
Parts made of aluminium and its alloys are produced with diameters ranging from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 35 mm with lengths up to 200 mm.
This material is also suitable for surface treatments such as oxidation, coating, anodising, and hardening.
CUTTING STEEL
Cutting steel parts (PR80, AVP, etc.) have diameters ranging from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 35 mm with lengths up to 200 mm
This type of steel is also suitable for heat and surface treatments such as carbonitriding, zinc, nickel, and copper plating.
